PDF e-book versions – 
US$6.50. Please advise which you'd prefer, book or page form. Both of the PDF's are searchable using Adobe Acrobat Reader. I will email the desired version of e-book directly to you.
PAGE FORM – 6.5MB PDF file of individual, searchable pages. The pages can be printed out larger (@120%) without loss in quality. Color covers, black on white inside.
BOOK FORM – 7.4MB PDF file is arranged in spreads in order to maintain the list-map combinations. Layout is similar to the sample pages. Front and back covers are in color and positioned as single pages, inside pages are black on white.
